By accessing or using the Cedar platform, API, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Cedar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not available to persons or entities in jurisdictions where the use of cryptocurrency trading services is prohibited by law.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and wallet access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Cedar provides a unified API for executing cryptocurrency trades across multiple exchanges, decentralized protocols, and prediction markets. The Service includes:

• API access for trade execution and market data
• Embedded MPC wallet management
• Smart order routing across connected venues
• Dashboard for monitoring and analytics
• API key management and access controls

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly in short periods. You may lose some or all of your investment.

Cedar does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance. All trading decisions are made by you (or your authorized AI agents). You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of each transaction.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Cedar makes no guarantees regarding the profitability or performance of any trading strategy.

Your use of the Cedar API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as described in your subscription plan. You agree not to:

• Exceed your allocated rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Use the API for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the API
• Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading

Cedar charges fees for API usage and trade execution as described on our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

In addition to Cedar's fees, you may incur fees from connected exchanges and blockchain networks (e.g., gas fees). These third-party fees are your responsibility.

The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Cedar and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Cedar's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cedar in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cedar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Cedar may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cedar is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
